The Professional Cake Decorating and Sugar Art Competition

In 2019, Canada’s Baking and Sweets Show (CBSS) invites all Cake Decorating professionals to participate in our 2 competitions. This year our panel of judges will not just scrutinize your cake decorating skills but also give each participant written feedback.

• Canada’s Baking and Sweets Show proudly announces their 2019, “Wedding Cake Competition”. This year’s theme is, “THE 4 CANADIAN SEASONS”. Your cake should be romantic, elegant and tasteful. What inspiration do you feel from one or more of Canada’s seasons that is unique to this country?
